M.A. Kashem was the Founder and former Chairman of Praise Properties Limited Company. He was a visionary and a pioneer of real estate in Chattogram and His vision to provide beautiful and quality homes for the resident of Chattogram led Praise Properties Limited to develop a leading role in shaping the real estate industry. He was the owner of M.A. Kashem & Co. A construction and developing farm which has been working for more than 50 years in Chattogram Wasa , Chattogram Port, Roads and Highways. He was elected as ward Commissioner twice for 14 No. Lalkhanbazar Ward. He was the president of Lakshmipur Zilla Samity Chattogram and Ex President of Lalkhanbazar Central Jame Mosque. He acted as an advisor to PSAS Memorial Trust, CWASA Contractors Association and Lalkhanbazar Mohalla Porishad. Mr. Kashem also acted as Chief Advisor of Ramgonj Upazilla Kallyan Samity Chattogram. He has lots of contributions to the welfare of the society and a truly down to earth kind person.
